Protection and Communications, Inc. (dba Pro-Comm), established May 8, 1984, currently boasts a team of over 45 professionals and is owned by Bob Davis and Cornell Huggins.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I bought a home in 2020 with a technical infrastructure that made even my most tech-savvy friends' heads spin.  Most of the infrastructure is 10+ years old and, as such, was starting to malfunction in spots.  To compound matters, I live near Leavenworth, so vendors in this space, especially knowledgeable ones, are difficult to find.  ProComm not only knew the technologies I was working with inside and out, but they went out of their way (~100 miles) to diagnose and ultimately fix my issues.  Mark was empathetic and patient in shepherding me through the process and Luke and Joel were superstars once they showed up on-site.  The amount they were able to accomplish in a single day was extraordinary (and necessary, given my remote location).  These guys are the definition of the word "expert" when it comes to "smart home" issues.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have a 15 year old Lutron Homeworks system that was malfunctioning.   I called Pro-Comm and Mark dug in.  He contacted Lutron and enquired about potential problems and solutions.  He then face timed me and walked me through the troubleshooting involved to isolate the problem.  We were able to identify the issue and then he suggested next steps to revive the old beast.  IT WORKED!  Mark is a true professional and a great guy.  The last option he said we would try would be a new system if required.   I will save my money to spend with ProComm when it finally goes---they have earned my business.
