Pro-Comm specializes in Line-volume and low-volume systems of all kinds, and we pride ourselves on being professional leaders in our industry. Since its inception, Protection & Communications, Inc. (d.b.a Pro-Comm) has been providing residential clients with custom-designed products and systems ranging from basic home security to full house audio/visual to total integration systems using touch screen displays. Our Commercial Division has been a leader in quality, on-time completion, and first-time passing of fire, security, CCTV, and access control systems in both multi-family and commercial hi-rise projects. Pro-Comm’s service department professionally maintains both residential and commercial systems, keeping them in excellent working order and meeting current jurisdiction requirements. Pro-Comm ensures Fire Department compliance, manages system alarm-monitoring needs, and provides system upgrades and repairs.
Pro-Comm was established on May 8, 1984, and is owned and operated by Cornell Huggins and Bob Davis. Pro-Comm currently boasts a team of over 45 professionals. We have a large group of licensed technicians who work in our Installation, Service, and 24-hour On-Call Departments, along with a well-rounded group of office personnel, which includes sales, engineering/systems, and design/CAD departments, as well as administrative and support staff. We are proud to say that many of our employees have been on our team for over ten years, with an average time of service being 4.25 years, ensuring you will always find a familiar face here at Pro-Comm. Additionally, we have established long-standing relationships with many of our clients, working on the same clients’ homes when they build new ones every few years.
Pro-Comm’s operations comprise a 5000-square-foot facility in Lynnwood, Washington, and a fleet of over 18 vehicles. Pro-Comm’s service area primarily covers the greater Seattle region; however, we have welcomed larger projects at a distance and have worked as far away as Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and White Fish, Montana. Our installation market is derived primarily through relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and remodelers as recurring work. We also work with individuals building homes or investment properties. Most of our service work involves performing routine maintenance and inspections for property management companies.
